There are a host of resourceful mind frames from which to operate: patient, curious, flexible, spontaneous, confident, humorous, positive, compassionate, etc. Isn’t it to our advantage to choose our frame of mind before we find ourselves ‘re-acting’, or otherwise acting in ways that we later regret, missing opportunities that we didn’t even see coming, or simply finding ourselves on auto-pilot with time being the only task master in our lives? We can manage our frame of mind through framing our thoughts to get more of what we want in life.
