Description: Reiki is an ancient and profoundly simple system of “laying on of hands” healing derived from Tibetan Buddhism, meaning “Universal Energy”. Reiki is known to help lower blood pressure, relieve anxiety, reduce stress, and promote the body\’s natural healing tendencies. These classes offer the opportunity for students to be trained as competent Reiki I and II healers to be used for self and others. Students receive Reiki I and Reiki II attunements, training, materials, certification, and time to practice, in a comfortable setting, the demystification of what should be a universal healing system for all.
